Ben Wallace

Ben is a native of Mocksville and a graduate of Davie High School. After high school he attended Pfeiffer University where he obtained a BA in Youth Ministry and minors in Christian Education and Computer Information Systems.
Ben first starting working for a church while in high school. He has worked at several churches in North Carolina including Hillsdale United Methodist Church, Rehobeth UMC (near Lake Norman) and First UMC in Elkin in different capacities including: children's director, technology director, youth director and parish life coordinator. Ben lives in Mocksville with his wife, Ryanne, and daughter, Reagan. They also have one dog, Rascal, who they rescued while on a mission trip to Cherokee, NC. In August 2021 Ben received a liver transplant from a complete stranger! The transplant occured at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He and his family make routine trips to Pittsburgh for follow up appointments. They enjoy visiting the many museums and attractions while in Pittsburgh. |
