Children’s Ministry

Children at CPC

Children are an integral part of the Clemmons Presbyterian Church family and are welcome to be part of all aspects of church life. They can be involved in Sunday school, worship, Vacation Bible School, Children’s Music Programs, and numerous other seasonal events that are offered throughout the year.

Children's Faith Formation

Sunday School

Sunday School is offered for children age 4 through 5th grade. Classes for young children are led by teams of volunteers and leverage the Growing in God’s Love curriculum.

Children's Church

Children’s church is geared for our youngest disciples, ages 3 – 2nd grade to learn about the Bible during worship service. They will leave worship at the designated time with their teachers and head down to the nursery wing for a lesson. Parents can pick them up following the service.

Vacation Bible School

Each summer, CPC hosts Vacation Bible School. Past themes have included Hero Hotline, Discovery on Adventure Island, and Wilderness Escape. Visit the Event Signup page to read more about this year’s VBS.

Children's Music Opportunities

At Clemmons Presbyterian, we encourage children to make a joyful noise and enter fully into our worship music! Click below to learn about the opportunities we have available for children PreK – 5th grade.

Nursery

Clemmons Presbyterian Church is grateful to be a warm space for children. CPC has two professional caregivers, Carolyn and Kelsey, as well as supporting volunteers. Nursery is available every Sunday morning during Sunday School and Worship as well as on Wednesday evenings. Nursery is available for many other events throughout the year.

If you are interested in volunteering in the nursery, click here to sign up. If you would like more information about the nursery, reach out to Kaylee Hilston.
